Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. preview data from the RTF error

Hello,

i am working in BI adds-in in MS word

and i have a designed RTF file and i upload XML data into it

but when i try to preview the data it gives me the attached error

i think it is something related to java

my platform is

win 7

MS office 2007

java se development kit 7 update 40
