Customer Site Details error for State : flexfield segment State does not exist in the value set PER_

Hi,
Every time I am getting the error while accessing the Site Details of any Customer.

Error Message : ID Andhra Pradesh for the flexfield segment State does not exist in the value set PER_IN_STATES.

Uploaded the error screenshot also. Could anyone please help me out???
