Mass Close POs

We have a business requirement to close 8 to 10 K POs in bulk. We have reviewed the 'Mass Close option' in R12.1.3, but not able to close random POs through this program as have to provide some PO sequence or range to close them. If we opt. for 'Supplier Condition' then there are purchase order which are valid and not required to be closed.
