Not able to submit the transaction interface that got stuck

Trying to submit the transaction interface that stuck, getting error that "|An error occurred while relieving reservations.|Total Organization Quantity cannot become Negative when there are reservations present". Getting note tha 'Record has been updated. Requery block to see change'. Click OK and get stuck in continuous loop with the same message.
