sql qurery is running long
Last 3 three days our application job is running very longer than normal.
Normally the job runs 30 to 40 min but it runs more than 1 hrs now , i have attached the AWR report for this job's timeframe please investigate and let me know your findings for this.

Need information
If we lock the table’s statistic today? What will happen the statistic once the table is being modified tomorrow (DML)? Whether it is going to stale state or it can be used until unlock it.
