Need to change startup type of service "Oracle Object Service" to "Automatic (Delayed Start)"

Hi All,

We have Oracle RAC 11.2.0.3 (with patch 22) on Windows 2008 R2 (service pack 1).  When we modify service "Oracle Object Service" to startup type "Automatic (Delayed Start)", we receive error "The delay auto-start flag could not be set.  Error 87: The parameter is incorrect."  Same error on 3 nodes, while we can update service OracleMTSRecoveryService and OracleDBConsole successfully.

Is there any restriction on service "Oracle Object Service"?
