E-Tax Setup Screens related to Tax Tables

Hello,

I ran an APList on an invoice and saw that in the ZX_REC_NREC_DIST table the ROUNDING_RULE_CODE value was UP for all distributions.  Based on the First Party Tax Profile and Tax Regime setups, I expected to find NEAREST.

Where can I find the setup screen (i.e. what is the navigation path starting at Tax Manager responsibility) that is driving this value on the above mentioned table?  Version is 12.1.3.
