Stress Testing

We have 200 concurrent users on our current R12 instance
12.1.3 on 11.2.0.3 database

We have Oracle Enterprisie Manager with diagnostics and Tuning pack

We are expecting another 100+ concurrent user load with a new acquisition

 We would like stress test the system if it can handled another 100+ concurrent users.

It is a one time activity and would not want to get into buying any performance/load testing tools.

What are my options ?
