Planned Order Priority Assignment

 We are testing constraint based planning and want to understand how the system is prioritizing the suggested planned orders If multiple demand with potentially multiple priorities belong to one planned order how does the planned order assign a priority to itself. 

If for example a planned order is pegged to two demand types a Forecast Priority 3 and Safety Stock Priority 4 what Priority is assigned to the Planned order?
