Year-End Rollovers Losing Accruals Amounts via R07390A

We have over thirty employees whose vacation/sick accruals are being reduced out of scope.  For example, an employee has a beginning balance of 600 hours.  This meployee over the past year accrued 280 hours (the annual limit) and took 192 hours.  This leaves a balance of 688 hours of which only 560 hours should carry over.  The employee should lose 128 hours but the R07390A is trying to eliminate 408 hours.

The report is off by 280 hours.
