Not able to remove BSV even after applying patch 8514500

Hi,

We still have issue of not able to remove the Balancing segment value from the LE Setup. GL has provided a patch which introduces the functionality of removing the BSV assignment from Ledger, so that later, the user can assign the BSV's to the Legal Entity, this fix is provided in R12.1.2 (
How to Remove the Balancing Segment Value (BSV) Assignment from Ledger and Assign to Legal Entity (Doc ID 790704.1)

We are on R12.1.3 and has this patch applied in our instance, still we see the remove button is disabled.

Any comments ?
