error in the execution of the Payables Open Interface Import

Hi
I have the following problem:

I run the Payables Open Interface Import and ends in the following error

Enter Password:
REP-1419: 'BeforeReport': PL / SQL program aborted.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated: Terminated with error:
REP-1419: 'BeforeReport': PL / SQL program aborted.

Can someone help me with this issue need to make the end of the period.
