Import chinese Desc into Table

Dear all,

How to import Chinese Desc into table from Excel file ?

I want to update this desc into Item Master DFF, which will be used further in report.

So I have created custom Staging table. I tried to import but it is appearing as "????????". I need Chinese character as it is.
