Pending receiving transaction records (Batch mode)

 Hi,

We have an issue where Pending receiving transaction records (Batch) are getting deleted while using Spanish language session only whereas deletion tab is disabled during English session. 
Not sure why this is happening. Is there any setup which does allow to delete pending receiving records for foreign language session even for batch mode also?
Has anyone faced this issue in the past?
