Unable to receive the Item againts Internal Requisition ?

 Dear All, 
Hope you all are doing well. 

I am unable to receive the item into the destination organization agiant the internal Requisition / Iso. 

I have done the IRISO setups very well. Creates IR and Import in into the ISO then did the Pick release and ship confirm the ISO status shown the Shipped. 

While receiving the same item into the Destination Organization I am unable to do so. 

I have also check the Requisition status shows delivered nothing. 

I want to receive at the Destination Location the item.
