How to override the quote line price - 12.1.3

 Hi Guru's,

we have a requirement to override the quote line price in quotation lines form.

we are using the below process to upload the quote lines

1) All lines will be available in text document

2) attaching text document quote headers in attachment section

3) we are using Quote API to upload line items in quotation lines

4) lines are getting updated successfully but price is taking Oracle pricing master, we have to ignore oracle price and need to update the price from text document (i.e. user desired price list)

5) but our requirement is to pick the price from the text document which we attach in quote header (i.e. user desired price list)
