My leave balances are not well computed

Hello team,

I have an issue with my leave balances computation.

As at December 2013, i have an outstanding balance of 10days which i have not used. I date tracked to jan 2014 and my outstanding balance is 25days bases on the table value updated.

My expectation is that my outanding balance as at jan 2014 should be (25+10) 35days since i can carry over my unsued 10days from the previous year. This is not the case.

Attached here with are the pto accrual and carryover fast formular to enable you check where the anomaly is. Also attached is my screen shot of my entitlement balances view as at dec 2013 and jan 2014..
