Latest Patches on All Modules

We are in R12.1.3 version and this was implemented in Feb 2012. We are not applied any of the RUP's or major patches after that on any of the modules.
Modules are GL, AP, AR, PO, Inventory, OE/OM, I-Proc etc.

Do we have any query to identify the current level and update the latest patches?

I am looking for the latest patches that are mandatory to apply on R12 for the above modules. Any inputs on that
