Patch 7309506: 11i - Fails With "JarSigner subcommand exited with status 1"

Hi Support,
While applying patch 7309506, the following error is returned:

ERROR: JarSigner subcommand exited with status 1
jarsigner error: java.lang.RuntimeException: keystore load: /u01/oracle/wwed03/wwed03appl/admin/adkeystore.dat (No such file or directory)

I have checked /u01/oracle/wwed03/wwed03appl/admin/adkeystore.dat does exist.
