data block corruption

Hi,

From alert file, I can see there are data block corrupted. See alert file below:

Errors in file /urac01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/dev1113/dev11131/trace/dev11131_m000_29196.trc  (incident=49303):
ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 35, block # 2)
ORA-01110: data file 35: '+DATA02/dev1113/datafile/pathlore_index1.dbf'
