data block corruption

Hi,

From alert file, I can see there are data block corrupted. See alert file below:

ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 35, block # 2)
ORA-01110: data file 35: '+DATA02/dev1113/datafile/pathlore_index1.dbf'
