Core Concurrent Processing - EBS (MOSC)

Concurrent Manager is not switching to active node of RAC.

Dear All,

Wishing you a fabulous 2014 with full of great achievements and experiences.

Environment is 2 Node 11203 RAC cluster with 2 Node application with shared_appl top.

Concurrent manager are connected to either node 1 or node 2 in DB, In case of instance 1 is not reachable concurrent managers which are connected to instance 1, are not switching automatically  to instance 2(active node of RAC).

Please let me know your suggestion on above issue.
