Configuring Content Server for Oracle EBS OLM configurations

Hi AllWe want to configure content server to upload and play contents in Oracle EBS Oracle Learning Management. I checked the document "Content_Server_Setup_whitepaper(1)" attached, but this uses Oracle Application server 10.1.3. But This version is not available for download. Which Other options we have to install/configure.

Is there any free content server also available that we can use to configure for OLM.
