Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Free VCPU usage

Hello all and happy new year.

I have Ent Ops Ctr running and I see a warning popup that says "Free VCPU usage has reached 0".

I have searched the google forrest and have found nothing pointing to this.

I haven't found anything on various Oracle forums.

Anyone have experience with this?
