Digital Signature on PDF (sent via email using bursting from concurrent program)

For Israel Receipt Concurrent program, we installed Patch 17360151: R12.1. - Israel Receipt Print.
This patch gives us a report - "Israeli Receipt Print".

As a standard solution,
Is there a way to send this output to customer using bursting file?
Will the attached file (PDF file attachment with the email) have Digital Signature?
Digital Signature on the attachment is a legal compliance for Israeli Receipts. Does Oracle support this?
