storing target description in oem 12c

Hello,

Is there a way to store a target database description (comment, text field,...) in the oem12c. Seems that this option does not exist in oem.
The goal is to allow our dba'ers to get the business context linked to a target db directly from the "home" screen in oem without connecting the target.
