Accessing only one pricelist

Hi,

There is a requirement to restict one responsibility to access only one GLOBAL pricelist in View only mode. User should not be able to access any other pricelist from this responsibility. Also this pricelist should be acessible to other users as per their normal accessibility.

There are other pricelist which have the same Transaction Entity

Any idea how can we acheive this?
