Advanced Web Service Inquiry: Cross Relating Two or more set of Objects

Hi,

Is there a way that we can use the web service to cross relate two or more relevant but different set of objects?

For example, upon calling the web service that displays the picklist values of "Picklist A", the web service will also show the page layout that uses the picklist, roles which may use this, read/write access of the picklist.
