Limiting Days While Forecasting

 We have sites that are running 24/7. However, when we are forecasting our activities, we would like the Work Orders to only be generated Monday - Friday. Is there a way to do this? I believe there was a main calendar, but we would want to keep that showing that we are running all 7 days.
