OU field Blank in system options of AR.

Hi,
I get Operating Unit Blank in system options of Oracle Receivables in 11i. I have set the profile value. While i am going to run "Replicate Seed Data", i am unable to get any value in the LOV.
Please help me how to get Operating Unit.
