Oracle VM Manager with VPN Cisco

I have a problem whit my virtual server Oracle Linux 6.3. This server is virtualized in Oracle VM Manager. I want connect whit my server from out of the company, I use VPN Cisco.
The virtualized server works, always responds Ping of any internal IP, however, If I connect the VPN, I can make Ping to any IP of my company, except to the IP of my Virtualized server.  The most strange is the virtual server does not respond to ping, but over time (5-10 minutes with ping -t), begins to respond.

I think in the firework but a disabled and is the same.
