Hello All,
Blackout creation using emctl command fails with error.
-bash-3.2$ ./emctl start blackout test "X" -d 3:00
Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c Release 3
Copyright (c) 1996, 2013 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.
Blackout start Error : the target "X" does not exist

**Target name has space characters.
Able to create blackout from console.
