Fatal error has occured in: PCIe fabric.(0x1)(0x101) on SPARC T4-2

Hello All,

The only similar error in the knowledge base appears to be for "Sun Fire X4170/X4270/X4275 May Panic with "pcieb-4: PCI(-X) Express Fatal Error. (0x101)" (Doc ID 1359338.1)"

Any insight into this issue would be appreciated.
