Skip workflow activity

Hello,
We have nearly 600 PO approval WF got stuck in one of our custom notification communication however we have fixed the issue and the retry activity not helping to resolve those error WF activities. Hence we skip those notification activity and the approval WF gets completed normally.  Is any way to skip the notification activity in bulk mode instead of doing manually?

Appreciate your advice on this.
