What fields are included in the Address Book Word Search Build?

When I run the R01BDWRD Address Book Word Search Build, what fields are included?  I see that there are processing options for category codes, who's who and phones, and parent/child; but I don't see a list of the standard fields that are included in MOS or the AB Implementation guide.
