how to install twitter bootstrap

 I am a front end developer and was trying to install twitter bootstrap to my site. I downloaded the files from http://www.johnbrunswick.com/2013/02/webcenter-adf-twitter-bootstrap-theme/. Just not sure where to go from here. I have jdeveloper too. Has anyone done it themselves and can walk me through it?
