HFM & FDM Database compatibility question

Hi All, 
We are planning on applying the newer version of the Oracle DB Security patch to 11.2.0.4 R1.

Can you please let us know if this DB version has any known issues with 11.1.2.1 and 11.1.2.3 version of HFM and FDM?

we are currently on DB  11.2.0.3 r7 version.
