Not able to kickstart using an embedded kickstart file in ISO

I am trying to kickstart an Oracle Linux 6.3 on a VMware server and was not able to so I embedded the kickstart file. I attach the new iso to the virtual drive. Once the Installation menu comes up. I entire linux ks=cdrom:/ks.cfg. In F3,  It seems to load the kickstart file  and stops at drive status is CDS_DISC_OK. In F1, I'm getting Disc Not Found ... The Oracle Linux Server disc was not found in any of your CDROM drives. Please insert the Oracle Linux Server disc and press OK to retry.

Howdy, Stranger!
