Blank Page appears after entering login/pwd after upgrade from 8.0.0.13 to 8.1.1.11

 Hi All,
We have upgraded Siebel 8.0.0.13 to Siebel 8.1.1.11. After compiling FULL SRF on Siebel Tools version 8.1.1.11, blank page appears while logging on to the application with OPenUI enabled. If OpenUI is disabled, application works fine with supported IE versions

With this upgrade scenario is it mandatory to run IRM and then do full Compile SRF ?
