Abiility to apply and/or setup a rule to a certain job role for credit card users.

We are looking to see if there is a way to apply a rule for credit users based on their job title?  Right now, Oracle R12 only allows you to choose 1 of the 3 options:

1.      Warn User:  Only user is notified of rule violation.   **This is the one we currently have selected** 

 

2.      Inform Approver:  Only Manager is informed, the user is given no indication a rule was violated.

 

3.      Prevent Submission:  User unable to submit the Expense Line which violates the rule.

We would like to setup a rule that would apply based on the users job title.  Any suggestion?  Thanks
