How to change the text orientation in a table cell in rtf template for BI publisher.

 Hi,
I am trying to create a table in an rtf template for BI Publisher and change the orientation of text to vertical(90 degrees). The change is working in PDF output format, but not working in excel and HTML output format. Could any one please help out with this formatting.
