Error in third balances process. - Colombian Third Party Generate Balances Program

Hi,
When the user runs the process to generate the third balances for Colombia (Colombian Third Party Generate Balances Program ), this process finished in error, when open the log file we see this error message:

Third party information is not associated with the main information of third. : 830500355<>830500355 OR PRINTUM LIMITADA<>PRINTUM S A S OR LEGAL_ENTITY<>LEGAL_ENTITY OR 6<>6.

We verify in the hz_partyes and gl_nits tables and the name is equal.

Please we need your help because the client is in close period process.
