Recommended TEMP Tablespace size

 Dear Expert,
I have a question about temp tablespace best practice, because my environment sometimes hit temp tablespace full.
Now I'm setting temp tablespace up to 96 GB.

Questions:
1. Is there any oracle best practice for minimum size or ideal size for temp tablespace ?
2. Is there a way to calculate temp tablespace minimum/maximum size ?
3. If temp tablespace size is oversize it will be a performance impact ?

A documentation from oracle is very appreciate.
