PAtch 13088668 : invalidates AP_ACCTG_DATA_FIX_PKG with PLS-00306: wrong number or types of argume

Downloaded patch 13088668 to create the package. The package is created with error:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'DO_ACCOUNTING'


Need to run the report for any payables issues prior to R12 migration.
