Master Item Creation with Other Information through Standard API

Hi

Is there any Standard API available to Create Master Item and the following Information in One Go

1. Item Cross References

2. Item - Container relationship

3. Manufacturer - Part Numbers

4. Item Category Assignment

5. Item Catalog Group

6. Item India Localization set ups

Please note, we want to create the above information after Master Item Created through Item Import.
