Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Counts not generated as per requirement

Hi All,

Cycle count is auto scheduled and A,B,C etc class items are set in Count Per Year as 3,2,1.....but still counts are not generated.

A class Item are counted only once however they could be counted three time.
