Period status do not change from Pending to Open --- ARM

Hi Experts,

We are working on Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM) particularly Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) part version 11.1.2.3 and using Oracle 11g as relational database.

The Operating system is Windows 2008 R2.

We have successfully built the application (account profiles, formats, periods) and successfully loaded the data.

Now when we change the status of the period from PENDING to OPEN, the account profiles status do not change.

What wrong are we doing over here?

Please suggest as this is on urgent basis.
