Issue with stats page

 Hi,
We have siebel 8.0.0.13 installed in our system. While opening the stats page using _stats.swe at the end of application url, it throws 
HTTP 404:The page cannot be found, and the url changes to webserver url without the application name at the end. I went through some Oracle documents and found that there is a bug for similar issue and it was fixed in 8.0.0.13 version. Please share some thoughts on the issue.
