Brazil Localization DFF not showing on Customer Form (Release 12.1.3)

 Hi All,
Brazil Global Flexfield JG_HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILES is supposed to be shown on Customer Form-> Customer profile Tab. However DFF is not showing on the form even after having the GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY as 'JL.BR.ARXCUDCI.Additional Info' in HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILES table.

Patch for Brazil Localization has recently been applied to the environment.

Please help.
