Problems with Siebel Mobile Disconnected (Field Service) when trying to get full download
I am facing difficulties with Siebel Mobile Disconnected, when I am trying to get full download after while a down arrow appears with a red "X" (full metadata download failed) , but there is no error during process from the browser. I tried to log on with different users, with different responsibilities, in order to minimize data amount to be downloaded, cleared browser cache, but still no success. I am using Android platform and Chrome browser.
Maybe someone has faced that kind of problem?
