Open Period concurrent program ends with Error

  Hi Support,
                  We have an Issue in Opening the Period that in Jan-2014. As of now our Latest Period is Dec-2013. we have a 13 period calender with 12th period as Dec-2013 &  13th period as Adj-Period.So as soon as we open Jan-2014 period then the concurrent program ends with error. Please check the attached Log file of Open Period & kindly advise.
